This workshop will help evaluators use Rapid Cycle Feedback to support educator growth through mini-observations, timely feedback, and reflective conversations. Participants will explore how short, focused observation cycles centered on teacher-identified growth areas can help monitor progress, provide actionable feedback, and strengthen educator practice over time.
