Audience: School and district leaders who evaluate educators through the DPI or EP model and want to use short, focused observation cycles to support educator growth.

This workshop will help evaluators use Rapid Cycle Feedback to support educator growth through mini-observations, timely feedback, and reflective conversations. Participants will explore how short, focused observation cycles centered on teacher-identified growth areas can help monitor progress, provide actionable feedback, and strengthen educator practice over time.
