Educator Effectiveness has the potential to be a meaningful and powerful part of a district's continuous improvement system.  This workshop will help leaders rethink, simplify, and strengthen EE by aligning educator goals, observation and feedback, and other evaluation components with school and district improvement efforts.  Together, we will explore how EE can help improvement plans move from paper to practice in classrooms, schools, and districts.
