Every problem becomes more manageable when you have a framework for understanding it.
Develop a common approach to suicide prevention through a map of best practices that guides supports and communication with colleagues, families, and their supports.
You will work through video modules to explore strategies and approaches for working with youth experiencing suicidal distress. The SafeSide Framework for Suicide Prevention is comprised of four core tasks: Connect, Assess, Respond, Extend.
Participants will receive a free subscription to the SafeSide CARE program, which includes an online community of practice, a robust resource library, and access to monthly office hours with key SafeSide professional staff.
