Workshop for Building Leaders

Join us for a hands-on, solution-focused workshop designed specifically for building leaders who are developing or refining their new educator/mentor support programs. Whether you're building from the ground up or strengthening existing systems, this session will guide you through intentional planning that aligns with your district’s vision, instructional priorities, and staff needs.

During this workshop, you will:

• Evaluate the current state of your system: both mentoring and new educator supports

• Determine the key learning topics and experiences that should be included throughout the year

• Plan aligned professional learning, mentoring support, and onboarding structures for new educators

• Collaborate with peers to gather ideas and reflect on best practices

• Leave with a draft framework tailored to your district’s unique needs
