LETRS: Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling teaches the how, what, and why of literacy acquisition to improve instructional practice and achieve long-term systemic change in literacy instruction. Volume 1 focuses on foundational skills instruction including oral language, phonological awareness, and phonics. Teachers attend 4 days of in-person learning and have one year to complete the online modules.
